Drone Export Order Preparation
Make the equipment scope, destination and document request clear before accepting a drone quotation. Confirm the current requirements for the actual order.

Prepare a clear equipment enquiry
Equipment brief
List the model, destination, quantity and task. Keep current configuration questions with the enquiry.
Packing and delivery scope
Request the actual packing list and transport documents for the equipment offered.
Component records
Retain aircraft and component identifiers for later spare-parts enquiries.
Start with an itemized equipment scope
Identify the model revision, installed task system, controller, batteries, chargers and accessories needed for your purchase. Ask for included and excluded items to be listed individually. This makes it easier to compare complete offers and spot assumptions about optional equipment. NAVIRO coordinates the supplier enquiry; an older catalog is a starting reference rather than the final order specification.
Provide destination and receiving details
Send the destination country, receiving location and proposed importer information where available. Ask who is responsible for each stage of the delivery and which transport scope is being quoted. Exact requirements depend on the equipment and route, so no universal clearance promise is made here. Confirm current obligations with the relevant parties before shipment rather than relying on paperwork from a different order.
Request documents for the actual configuration
List the specification sheets, manuals, packing details and any technical reports your team needs. Ask which documents exist for the quoted model and version. A test or certificate should identify its subject and scope; a supplier logo is not proof that a document covers your aircraft. For battery-containing shipments, include a separate request for the applicable transport information and route review.
Confirm handover terms in writing
Review the agreed equipment, packing scope, inspection arrangements, support responsibilities and timing in the offer. If your order depends on a document or demonstration, identify it before acceptance. Lead time and transport timing are separate questions and both need current confirmation. Keep the final item list and component references so later maintenance and replacement enquiries can be matched to the delivered package.
